Cosmetology License

Approved 1,000 Hour Program

  • Preparation for State Board Examination

    Theory of laws and regulations: Health & Safety, Infection Control, Hair and skin analysis, chemical technical services, facials, eyebrows beautification, make-up, manicure & pedicure, nail enhancement.

  • Practical Operations for 2

    Will be determined by faculty as needed to support theory and exam preparation and meets minimum state curriculum requirements.

Barbering License

1,000 hour Program after completing Cosmetology Program

  • Shaving or Trimming

    Shaving or trimming the beard or cutting the hair.

  • Hairstyling

    Hairstyling of all textures of hair by standard methods that are current at the time of the hairstyling or men's grooming.

Nail Technician License

Approved 600 Hour Program

  • 400 Hours

    400 hours of technical lecture instruction on laws, & regulations, health & safety, infection control practices, sciences, nail & skin analysis, manicuring, pedicuring, nail wraps repairs, nail enhancements, seeking employment, and the salon business.

  • Practical Operations

    Practical operations covering all practices constituting the art of manicuring in client consultation, disinfection, manicuring, pedicuring, nail wraps & repairs, nail enhancements, mail design, and state board preparations.

Manicurist License

Approved 400 Hour Program

  • 400 Hours
